I have a Cooke Troughton & Simms Instrument flash spotting scope. It is a No 4 MKIII USM
Can anybody tell me anything about it? And possibly its value?

Welcome to  the O.T. I couldn't turn up anything, but that usually don't mean anything. While not exactly matching your nomenclature, other scopes that were made by the same company seem to be pretty rare, and sought after. Sure hope someone can get to the bottom of this for you!
If it is tourist season, why can't we shoot them?

HI.

Did you still have the scope? I have some info and would like to share info. Please send a PMif possible. If not, reply backand I will get a disposable email to work with ( don't want the spam that accompanies replies).

Thanks,

Jerry
