Can anyone tell me where I can buy a Parker-Hale bipod and how much do they cost? Are there any knock-offs of this product?

They're kinda hard to find. I did a search in google, and did find one guy that was selling some.Long range Hunting other than him they didn't seem to be very common. If I were you I would go with a Harris bi-pod. If your looking for a heavy duty bi-pod that will hold up to a pounding go with a Harris. They would be a better choice and are easier to install than those parkers.

Chris is right about the Harris bipod for heavy duty use. Another very good choice that I have used for years are the bipods from B-Square. The are very well made and are quiter ( no external springs ) and the offer several different models depending on your intended application. They also offer a MUCH sleeker look than the Harris unit.

If you really want PH looks - Look at VERSAPOD. IMHO this pattern offers some advantages (NOT AESTETICALLY) over Harris and B-Square. Available in STEEL with SKIDS too. If you have a DEEP foreend the versapod can be fitted to a ROD directly fitted into the woodwork.

Hey Im new here too, good site GREAT prices. For price you cant beat Harris or Versa-Pod with a stick. For 2x more check GG&G's bipod. As soon as I get my SR-15 its going to be wearing one. Any one have material experience? Wondering if Titanium Nitride is viable as a gun coat just a little hesitant about having to heat my barrel to 750ish degrees. -Clutter

Hi -
"Parker Hale" style bipods fro 49.95 XXXXX. Fit/finish = OK, not "ParkerHale" quality, but solid steel and function like the real thing. OK deal for the $.
