i bought some old ak ammo from the 80s in a gun lot deal.  it is russian and is a mild steel hp (stamped on the boxes made to hunting specs). shoots well.  My question is should I plink it up before shooting  the newer wolf ammo?  Does it make a difference?  I usually cycle my older ammo first....didnt know if the old russian stuff would be worth saving over the wolf.

thanks

It is unlikely to make any difference.

Shoot whatever is at hand.
