Is there a differenence in the repeatability of the tracking between the SII, SIIBS, SIII? I know that most companys the higher grades tend to have better tracking for different classes of rifles. Sightron just says they all have ExacTrack

I emailed sightron, and they finally wrote back. According to Stephen Glenn, "they all track the same". So thats kinda of interesting that a 400 dollar scope should track just as flawlessly as their 800 models. Which is supposed to be extremely good from what I understand.

I had a s2 that tracked perfectly, and I dialed it a lot.

Sightron does not sell the $29 scopes like some companys do. All of there scopes are in the better mid price to upper mid price range. It makes sense that the mechanics are very similar and the difference is in the glass quality.
