My 2002 legend bushnell rangefinder's lens got busted. I'm at a loss on how to get it fixed. I bought the unit in the U.S. and brought it to my home here in the philippines. I've been trying to contact bushnell customer service for nearly a week now and all i get is a message to wait because of the traffic of incoming calls. I can only wait for 5 to 10 mins at a time because it is an international call from my cellphone. If i call again, the total cost of my calls might just amount to a new rangefinder. I already bought a new rangefinder but i still want to have the old one fixed so i can either use it as a backup or lend it to my hunting buds.
Has anybody here any idea if bushnell would honor my intent to have the glass fixed considering it's an old unit? I'm expecting and willing to pay and plan to have it shipped to my relatives abroad so that they can send it to bushnell and then send it back to me when they get it from bushnell since i've read on their web page that they won't handle or ship repairs outside the u.s.Confused

Do they still make your model? If they dont, you'll be like me and SOL. I have the Yardage pro 800 compact. It quit working one day, but bushnell dosent have any parts to fix it. The discount they offer on another one is like paying full price plus 10%. Its a joke.

Unfortunately i'm pretty certain it's no longer in production. I already heard from bushnell and it's going to be a discounted replacement. Oh well, it seems i have no choice, afterall i was expecting to pay anyway.
