I have a stainless steel Rock Creek, 6mm bbl blank, 1 in 9" twist, 5R land profile, MAX heavy varmint contour, 27" long that I would like to trade for a "cut rifled", stainless steel 6.5 mm, 1 in 8" twist, heavy varmint contour, 27"-30" long blank. Kreiger, Bartlein, Rock Creek, or any other manufacturer that uses "cut rifleing".  I will take $300 + shipping to lower 48 for the bbl blank.

Is this a cut rifled barrel or button rifled?
If it is tourist season, why can't we shoot them?

Rock Creek bbls are "cut rifled", as are Kreiger, Bartlein, Obermeyer and I believe Brux might be also. (but I'm not positive)

Rock Creek also offers button-rifled barrels, hence my question. Since I have no trade fodder, is there a price for this barrel?

After viewing Rock Creeks website, I now see what you mean. The 1 that I have is positively "cut rifled".  I am hoping to find a trade, but if I don't find one, there is a guy who will buy it for $305 + shipping. But if he changes his mind, I can let you know.
