Chris,

How do the Pentax Light Seeker II's compare to the new Burris Signature Select's?  I know that Burris builds both, but don't they use Pentax glass?  The Lighter Seeker II's look like a modification of the Burris Fullfield II's.  How do these scopes compare from an optic brightness, resolution and ruggedness stand point?

Thanks.

Stan

The LightSeeker is basically the Burris Signature Series.  The LightSeeker II is the Burris Signature Series with Posi-Lock except Pentax calls it Perm-Align.

Burris does build them for Pentax with different glass and coatings as well as a different objective housing (to disguise the fact that Burris makes them).  I think they look like Mag Light flash lights

With the redesign of the Burris and the price difference I would go with the new Signature Select Series.
