I purchased this from an individual who bought a RCBS kit and this came with it.  Came to me as "new without package"  Gentleman said he had not used it ever as he had purchased an electronic the same time he got the kit.  I got it and the next day a redding 30br came up and i got it as well.  Don't need to keep both so I'm passing it along at what I paid for it if anyone is interested.  I have not used it.  Everything seems to be in good working order though.  The bracket shown on it is not included.
$60.00.  TYD

I will note that while the powder cylinder comes off of the redding I've not been able to get the powder cylinder off the RCBS... not sure if there is a trick or if its even suppose to.

I don't think they're supposed to come off. Whoever gets it should be happy. I've had good results with one for a long time. The small, metal powder baffle that drops down inside is recommended though...helps keep the charges uniform whether the dispenser is full or not.
Reaction time is a factor...
