Recovery efforts are under way in the areas where winter weather caused delays on Monday. Those states include: Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Maryland, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington D.C., and West Virginia.
UPS has contingency plans in place to ensure the safety of our employees and to minimize the weather’s impacts on pickups and deliveries. Your scheduled delivery date may be extended. UPS is committed to delivering your shipment as soon as possible. Check www.ups.com for the latest information on service delays (including a list of ZIP codes where no pickups or deliveries are being made today) and to track the status of your packages. To receive information on your packages via email or text, use the Request Status Updates feature when tracking your shipment's progress on ups.com. Simply track your shipment and select Request Status Updates to be notified when the status of your package has changed. For impact to UPS Freight pickups and deliveries, visit UPS Freight. As always, UPS is committed to making every effort to provide service to areas where conditions permit safe access. Please note that the UPS Service Guarantee does not apply when transportation networks are disrupted due to conditions beyond UPS’s control. |
