I wish they made superformance in 7mmWSM.  Sigh.

I've always had good luck with this. It's accurate, and the farthest a deer ever ran after being hit with this was about 40yds and very little damage to the meat.
Life's concerns should be about the 120lb pack your trying to get to the top of the mountain, and not the rock in your boot.

Hey! If 2 men can get married in this day and age, then Ed should be able to find 250 Savages.

I can say with confidence all of these bullets are great on hogs and deer.

150 Partition
165 SGK
165 Accubond
168 AMAX
168 TTSX
178 AMAX

I am sure I am missing some that I have used.

I am quite happy with on game performance with any of them.
I like the 178 AMAX a lot because it is cheap, very accurate and works on game and long range.

I have 9 boxes of Federal Premium 150g Partition ammo I would cut you a smoking deal on.

Does, any one have experience with the hornady superformance GMX rounds. I figured they would be similar to the Barnes
And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

I am very happy with the performance I have had on Barnes bullets they tend to expand very well and not break apart - no lead - all copper. The Nosler partition bullets have for years been the benchmark for hunting bullets as the H shape copper case prevents the bullet from fragmenting .
The Barnes 168 tipped tripple shock X bullet would be a fine choice.
Federal Premium 180 gr Nosler Partition  would also be a fine choice.
Either of these should kill anything in North America.

No deer I shot has survived the 165 grain Accubond launched from a 30-06. IMHO it shoots like a ballistic tip and hits like a partition.
Shooting a rabbit just above the tail with a 22-250 usually results in a full gainer...
