Welcome to Optics Talk.

I'd go with a 10x SS. Less mirage issues than the other 2 potentially, better FOV also.

Buy now for what your shooting NOW. Especially for $300 bucks, friend. If and when you get to that longer range, then see if you actually "need" more power. The rear focus, 10x SS is THE most versatile model in that line, hands down.
There's folks here that shoot to, (past), 1000 yards with a 10x SS.

Great town Knoxville. I lived there once upon a time. Don't drink the orange kool aide. Wink
If at first you don't secede...try..try again.

I once had a clutch put in my Chevy Impala in Knoxville at a gas station....I pumped gas ( and collected money ) while they worked on it so that I could get out of there before dark....long ago in the dark ages....before the Interstates were completed and you had to cross America on two-lane blacktops....

Clutch?  I heard you needed a new wheel for your Conestoga.

When you are dead, you don't know you are dead.It is difficult only for others.

It is the same when you are stupid.
