Was looking at Hawke and Zen Ray chinese ED spotters, but really have a hard time getting over the made in china - even though optically they are usually really good. Just not always the best on QC and Holding up in the Longevity category.

I ordered the Meopta Meopro HD 20-60x80 for $1124- that's $400 less than most list prices , has fluorite lenses from Europe and put together in the USA with Meopta's full lifetime warranty. Very excited, will post my thoughts once I get it and play with it. Every review I have read online really puts this unit on the heels of the true alpha glass.
