Yes, it's normal for your dominant eye to be opposite of you're dominant hand.

2 options, or 3, really:
1. Learn to shoot left handed - a good idea for many reasons 2. Learn to shoot well with weak eye - also a good idea. 3. hold gun with right hand, aim with left eye, not a good option.

All true. It was easier when I used to teach basic training to teach to shoot with the same hand as the dominant eye, because folks hadn't learned bad habits yet. Next to that was shooting with the week eye. For a number of reasons (you'd be surprised how many 18 year-olds can't keep their non-dominant eye open while closing their dominant), this is less desirable - especially when training for combat. Red dots help alleviate this issue to a large degree, allowing both eyes to remain open with a 1x optic. But it's really only a solution when you don't need/want magnification. The third option only works for a very few, and then rarely well, and then even more rarely well when using an AR or other semi-auto.

If you do much wing shooting with a shotgun learn to shoot left handed. I switched at age 16. It was very odd at first, but my hit ratio made dramatic improvements. It took about 2 years for shooting lefty to become automatic.

The SA in me wants to question how many eyes do you have due to the title? wacka wacka wacka
With that being said... You can also learn to transition using your right hand to shoot off of your left shoulder and use your left or right eye. It feel's pretty odd at first but depending on the application and the movement's you are making it can be a really easy to transition. This would be best for applications like building searches when corners where cover is limited. Maybe it'd work for other applications though?

With rifles or shotguns, I would suggest left-handed shooting. With a pistol, I would suggest a right-hand stance, but shifting the pistol in front of the dominant eye.

I have the same 'problem'. My first shooting experience, when I was a kid, I was w/ two Army vets. They picked up on it right away. They put the rifle on my left shoulder, I haven't looked back.
Pistols I shoot right handed, w/ the left eye. It is what it is. You mention you use your "left eyes",,,which one ? () Shoot more,,,shoot more often.
