Update - what I ended up with.

Murphy Prec. 25 MOA base

Seekins 30 mm Low rings  - .82"

SWFA SS3-15x42 FFP scope

Aadland scope caps

This combo worked perfectly.  However, I will add that there is a trade off.  I opted to keep the scope mounted as low as I could to the barrel.  Even with Seekins low rings, I still have something like a 5/32" gap beneath the scope caps to barrel.  With the Manners stock that comes with the 455 PT, this setup gives me a perfect cheek weld.  I like to run a stock pack on my rifles, but unless I wanted to add another 1/2" or more to my ring height, which I wasn't willing to do, I was forced to go without a stock pack on this stock.

Additional parts - Seekins SRS rail to mount Atlas bipod.  DIP trigger guard, alum. mag. well, extended mag release, alum. mag well block, custom bolt knob.  It sure turned into a money pit, but damn this CZ shoots.  On my maiden voyage after zeroing the scope and fouling the barrel, it put 10 rounds in the size of a nickel at 50 yards using Federal Auto Match 40 grain solids, bulk ammo.

After running another 20 rounds to get some chronograph data, it actually got boring ringing steel at 200 and 300 yards - 6.25 mils up for 200, 11.8 mils for 300.  I gotta say, for the way I'm gonna use this rifle, the SS 3-15 turned out to be a perfect scope for this rifle.  I'm still less than thrilled with the way the turret caps secure on the classic line, but other than that, the scope is an all around winner on this .22.

Using cheap bulk ammo - Federal auto match 40 grain solids at 50 yards.  10 rounds shot.
