Horndy 75 grain hp or sierra 77 grn hp

I would definitely try Varget and Reloader 15 with the 69, 75 and 77.  H335 works well with lighter 223 bullets, I haven't had much luck with H335 and heavier 223 bullets, but you may.  TAC and CFE223 also work with heavy bullets if you are looking for a powder that meters well.

Great recommendations on bullets. I've had great results with both accuracy and velocity with H4895. Still have several pounds of Rel15 which works great with bullets listed. Use it more than the rest. If you want to stretch your velocity and can give up a bit of accuracy, try 2520. Amazing speeds for hunting applications, etc. For me, TAC seemed to work better in the 60- 65 gr. bullet range.
The Nosler 77 gr. is also good, but spendy, like Sierra. Speaking of price- have gotten ultimate accuracy from Berger. I buy the 75 Gr. BTHP Hornady in big boxes. It is a little slower to open in gel, but just works. A friend likes to load Hornady's Amax, but he gives up a lot of powder space/velocity and just about can't load them to mag length, due to the ogive.

Just a quick note on primers...
Unless you plan on staying below .223 pressure, avoid Win WSR primers. The cups are just too soft and/or thin and pierced primers can result, as one approaches 5.56 pressure. This is from my experience, YMMV.
I've had great luck with Fed 205 and 205M, and all CCI, as far as primer toughness goes. Rem 7 1/2 is a great, thick and tough primer, also known for accuracy, but avoid the Rem 6 1/2, as it is better for stuff like .22 Hornet.

Good commentary, Alan. Yeah, DONT use Win WSR primers on AR's, but my bolt gun really likes them with 25gr of Varget under a 69er SMK.
