I have searched high and low for a higher quality scope with outstanding glass that will focus from something near 20 yards or so out to 150 yards. I am having a Cricket Bullpup in .25 cal built by Charlie at Georgia AirGuns. After a serious tune it will be pushing a 25.4 JSB King at 1000 fps. I plan on using this gun for mid to larger pest control...coons/armadillop and yotes and pigs along with some pigeons. So I will be shooting various distances often. It's not like choosing a scope for big game like I hunted in Colorado. My eyes are not what they were 40 years ago so I need good glass and a reticle that is comfortable for me. I still favor some sort of duplex. A physically large scope on this gun will, I feel look rather silly, and I really don't need a scope designed for 300-500 yards. I have a Kahales AH 3-9X42 that has been in my safe in it's original box for years and that is what I am leaning towards using. Do any of you folks have any suggestions for a current production scope that might work for me in this application. My budget tops out at around $800. As always thanks in advance.Loco
