I use the Hornady auto charge. You will likely find some mixed reviews, however if you take time to watch the instructional DVD it works like a champ. I would say 93% of the time it's right on, 5% .1 over which is in spec, and maybe 2% of the time it goes over. Settings allow you to adjust when speed and trickle time etc to get best blend of speed and accuracy. No issues with lights or power...the only thing is not to have it on bench when using press at the same time.

I've had good success with my Lyman 1200.  I use a lab spatula to remove the occasional overthrow.  Can usually throw 30-50 throws before re-calibration...
