My MATEN with 18" barrel and Leupold VXR scope, Bobro mount, PRS stock, unloaded mag weights 11 lbs.

I am glad I went with the shorter barrel, I really debated a 22" but didn't want the added weight.  But I may miss the extra 100 fps at times.

Lifetime warranty and excellent customer service don't mean a thing when your gun fails during a zombie attack.

For now mine wears a Swaro 3-10 in a bobro, weighs in at 12.4 (on a bathroom scale.)

With can, it will be another pound, 10 rounds probably another. Just under 15 all in.

At some point I will get old and feeble and, like Raider, go for lighter weight and more geriatric accessories. For now, I'll enjoy the benefits of being in decent shape and having a strong will and a pure heart.
Or something.

Pictures and range report soon.

Has anyone built a AR10 platform in 6mm Creedmoor or 6mm BR?
I'm thinking PR competition.
Life's concerns should be about the 120lb pack your trying to get to the top of the mountain, and not the rock in your boot.

I have thrown around the idea of doing one of two I am building to sell as a 6 mm Creedmore.

"Ability to fire AB39, .264 USA, .260 Remington, M80A1, etc." I guess "etc." covers the Creedmoor, but I was at least amused the .260 was listed directly.
