If you are willing to spend some money, search for a mint, used Swaro SV 10x50. It has no peer, and I'be been fortunate to own, have owned, or used many of the top end models.

Sparky, I did not find the Kowa's comfortable in my hands or against my face. They felt somewhat cumbersome.
I was disappointed at how quickly I lost the ability the resolve at last light. I had a co-worker's Nikon Monarch HG 10x42 and they gave me several more minutes of resolution at last light. I also experienced blurring at the edges of the Kowa. The Nikon did not exhibit this blurring. Actually I was pretty impressed with the Nikon HG, it's currently on my list. I am going to try to find a 10x50 Swaro EL to try. A huge difference in price but I want to see if I can see the difference. Randy

Thanks Randy. I would keep an eye on the sample list for a Swaro. A good way to save some money.
