I have several rimfire rifles and an assortment of variable and fixed rimfire scopes. I always wanted to acquire a scope with an adjustable objective. In the past, I considered Weaver, Leupold, and even Sightron scopes with adjustable objectives. I do not really need another scope and do not want to spend a lot of money. However, I would consider buying the Nikon 3-9x40 ProStaff Target EFR rimfire scope for $147 after $40 instant rebate on the SWFA site. Does anyone have any experience with that scope? Is it a good scope?
I appreciate you input!

That's a pretty decent scope and at that price it is a good deal.

That is an Internet photo for someone on stilts.....
...He also must be 4'9" because the scope is almost back to the buttplate! |

I greatly appreciate the input. I did buy the scope. It will be placed on my Savage Mark II FR-SR or Ruger American Rimfire rifle. I will try to limit the ring size to medium.
Thanks again.
