Two questions. Looking for a tree stand option that is versitile. I have climbers and hang ons. My favorite hang on is a Summit one I got on close out. Nice big seat that is comfy, and its light. But don't have a good set up as far as hanging it. I have screw in steps. BUt that is slow for hunting a new area. Ladder only gets me up to about 20 feet. I like to be higher.
My Summit viper was stolen, so... need a good climber too. Other question is about clothing. Looking for something quiet. Then warm. Fleece is a good option, I have some kind of redhead pull over that is thick and warm, and quiet, but nothing as far as pants, or windproof. Any suggestions there? Thanks

If we're not suppose to eat animals...how come they're made of meat?

My favorite climber is the Tomcat I. The reasons are the ultra light weight and that the stand faces the tree. It's a SE regional item, so I'll go on a limb and assume SWFA is not a dealer. Include the words brantleysmarineandgun in your search query. The stand is so inexpensive compared to other stands because it is made out of conduit and plywood.
I'm also assuming you hunt with a gun. I used to bowhunt out of a Loggy Bayou. I have no idea if they still make those or not. I recommend an aftermarket safety harness. The ones you get with a new stand are a mess to put on and the strap needs an extension for facing-the-tree stands. I generally hunt in the lightest clothing I can get away with for the walk to the stand. The quick drying synthetic stuff I get for warm weather turkey hunting usually does it. 10x makes that style stuff and their pants have belt loops instead of the stupid built in belt. I prefer to be cold at the truck so I don't sweat on the trek in. At the stand, a windproof coverall (cabelas) goes on with the top half tied at the waist. I put it the rest of the way on once settled. A windproof fleece balaclava (polartec) and NOT waterproof fleece glomitt (manzella) go on, too. Boot blankets are good if it is really cold. My boot blankets are so old the company probably went out of business. The reason the glomitt should not be waterproof is waterproof membranes do not let moisture out as advertised. The whole idea here is to not sweat or hold moisture in. Holding moisture in makes you cold. Glomitts are warmer than gloves because they do not isolate your fingers or reduce circulation. One thing I have noticed over the years is that it's easier to stay warm if you're 20 pounds overweight.
