It's WAS a cheap Japanese binocular from probably the mid-1960s. It was made by Oda Kogaku Seiki Co. and all that BS written on the backplates is just to lure the unwary into spending their money. Most of it means nothing in the REAL world. That said, they're probably better than many of the $300-$400 models sold today. Bill
