You are not asking about inexpensive scopes, you are asking about a criminal activity that involves scopes and uses the good name of a respected manufacturer. No one here is going to like that or want any part of that type of con.
I hope that explains why you got the type of reception you recieved.

I didn't realise it would cause such a rukus

Craig, theres no real "rukus" going on here.
Theres just....you.
You and your STOLEN Loopie clones, real time Ebay members reviews (my favorite), and your "Don't shoot the messenger" mentality.
RELAX!!
Unfortunately, we have all seen this "illness" before.
You hardly warrant a "rukus", Sir.....Trust me.
You really don't get IT, do you Craig??

Craig, since you love the ChiComs so much that you want to help the put an American company employing American workers out of business, might I suggest you pack your little bag and get on the next plane to the PRC. I'm sure you would be happy in that workers' paradise and we would have one less commie lover here to deal with come the day when the you know what hits the fan.
Look up the term "fellow traveler", that's the guy you see in the mirror. Folks like you just don't get it. If we lose the economic war with the ChiComs there will never be a need for a shooting war. So pick your side and don't hide behind some free trade crap. What is going on is a crime... if you can't see that there is little hope for you.

This thread no longer displays it's original title, "Review of Leupold clone scopes" because the original poster deleted his initial post. When you do this it deletes your post and the topic name but it leaves all the replies. So anyone stumbling across this thread and wandering why it has no topic or original post will now understand.
The original poster subsequently deleted all of his posts. The gist of his post was that he was promoting counterfeit Leupold scopes made in China.

Thanks for the info, I thought he was having a bigger hissy fit than me. Apparently ebay will shut down an auction if it is a Louis Vuitton purse but not a Leupold scope, I know. Down with ebay counterfit junk.
