A friend of mine turned me onto D&L, and I have been very happy.

For a 20rd mag the old Colt mag bodies and plates are my favorites. OK makes a good 30rd mag body but the followers suck.

Ram-Line magazines worked better than the issue magazines for our son in Desert Storm.  They didn't get jammed by the sand.  Heard the same report from another soldier who was over there.

DSG, formerly Labelle, makes a good magazine too.

I have several of them with the original followers and they have performed very well.

Magpul Anti Tilt followers are well worth the investment too.

i have alot of OKs, and they work just fine for me, the green followers seem to work better then the black ones, i have replaced some of the worn out greens with the mag-pull no tilts, and they work great...as i need to re-built my mags, i'll be replacing the greens with mag-pulls. the few DSI i have seem to jam often, but in all honesty, there a little beat up.

understand my opinion on this, i'm just a average guy who loves to shoot, without a doubt, there are those who post here who are far more knowledgable about this stuff then i, but thats my $.02 on the matter.

HK for durability but expensive....barring that expense I find the GI 30 rounds work fine with the upgraded followers.  The biggest rule of thumb is that abused mags with funked up feed lips tend to be problem children, and mags get abused because aluminum can be unforgiving when you fall out of vehicles or mags fall out of crappy made pouches but the big offender is usually dropping a partially loaded mag on a hard surface (botched tac load....heavy end falls first).  I number my mags to track problem children.  I have a stash of Colt 20 rounders and I cannot recall a single stoppage with them.
