either my model 70 25 wssm or my rem model 673 in 6.5 rem mag, have to see which one shoots better with hand loads, then decide the problem with truing the action only and not replacing the barrel is that if truing the action didnt get the results a guy is looking for, then your out a gun basically, you would have to start from scratch, new action and a new barrel, and it from what ive read stock trigger and barrel are the three biggest issue's for accuracy, so i am thinking a new barrel and either a trigger adjustment or a new trigger and either a bedding job on my stock or a new custom stock

Not true.  You just would seldom see any benefit to truing an action and not also installing a better barrel.  The barrel is usually the limiting factor with factory actions.

I have struggled with almost accurate rifles for years and now I am having GAPrecision build one that will shoot one hole. Sometimes you can find someone that will true the action and set the barrel back a turn but often the cost of fixing one exceeds the cost of buying a better rifle to begin with.
