Whew!!!! for a moment I thought that was 30-06. Parallex adj. is not all that it is made out to be, just a mechanism to adjust the light rays coming in, that as the word suggests are in parallel thus in focus, this can also be done by adjusting the focuson the front reticle,(unfortunately it must be readjusted at long range). The difference- you have now introduced a random error if you are target shooting, which means that the group size will not be the same since the focus is not at the reticle. For hunting, or shooting at a Different target each time- one hardly notices the difference.
