Tooms, I am also a lefty and allways have difficulties in finding what I need. Right now I am after a Remington Left hand varminter in a 243 Cal. Guess what, they are only in a 308, 223 and 22-250.

a buddy of mine has a 308 10flp which is the lefthanded version of savages le line. he loves it and says its the most accurate gun he owns. the only problem is i dont believe they offer it with anything other than their synthetic stock which is the most criticized aspect of their guns. |

Short of full house customs... And I don't know how "tactical" you might consider some of these options.
http://www.remington.com/products/firearms/left-hand/model_7 00_VSF.asp -Personally I would buy this, and work from there. Or if you want/desire to completely rework a 700, they do sell their CDL in various calibers in left handed configurations. You could swap the barrel and stock on one of those. http://www.savagearms.com/10flp.htm Those are your two most likely mass produced options. Now in custom actions there are hundreds of ways to go. You can never go wrong with a BAT action. Ed Brown USED to make some left handed rifles. He's stopped but you might find one. |
