I need a scope for my LBC204.  I am looking at 1. Nikon monark 6-24x50 sf. 2 Burris black dia. 6-24x50 sf.  3 leupold vx-III 6.5-20x50 sf. and 4 Zeiss conquest or (mc) 6.5-20x50 sf.   what is the best bang for the buck.  pd and yote rig.

I would go with a 2.5-10 power variable in a Trijicon, Bushnell, Nikon, or Kahles. get a 4a or illuminated reticle. or a 7a reticle would be good. You don't want to have to turn and find your target with a low setting of 6, Hard very Hard. If that's what you choose make sure you carry a pistol.

The Zeiss is a great scope. I personally wouldn't spend the xtra on it. The Nikon is a very good scope, and should fit the bill. The plex reticle is gonna be rather difficult in lower light though, unless all yote hunting will be during daylight hours, I would consider a different reticle.

I'm just a hopeless conquest lover, I would go with the conquest. The reticle will work better in low light, the optics will be a little brighter than the others. Won't matter during the day but at night or very low light it will be slightly better especially coupled with that reticle.

IMHO- With the options you listed and money is not the issue I would go with the Zeiss.....

To many good scopes to choose from. I am trying to decide between a Zeiss and a Kahles right now to go on a 22-250 to do the samething that your doing.......I am considering the Bushnell Elite 4200 6x24 also..........
