So I finally received this beauty of a scope. BUT! I noticed when looking through the scope (completely straight through the middle), that the reticle appears to be slightly shifted to the left.

It's not a HUGE shift, but it is noticeable when I zoom to 6x from where the ring just barely starts to go out of the sight picture. There's a tiny gap on the right side while the left is perfectly flush.

Anybody else have this issue? Or should I have SWFA repair it because the reticle is supposed to be perfectly center?

Thanks.

Your best bet is going to be to call SWFA customer service.
Lifetime warranty and excellent customer service don't mean a thing when your gun fails during a zombie attack.

Post a picture of the issue, if you can.  It might be something we can address with just a quick look at the setup.

I do not understand the issue as explained.

This is basically what I'm getting. The actual gap is a little less than this "picture", but it gives you the basic idea of what is going on.

SWFA will fix it for you.

I have seen things like this on FFP scopes and usually this has no effect on functionality, but looks funky.

This is likely due to a slight misalignment of the reticle cell.
