Want to know your opinions on a scope for my new rem. 22 250. Budget around $1100. So foar I see a couple of choices. Leupy Mark4 lr 8.5x25x50. and nightforce 8x32x56. Help me decide on a really good scope to get. thanks Mike

it depends on how much power you need, and how far your shooting, i think a leupold VXIII LR 6.5-25x50, or 8.5-25x50 with the varmint hunters reticle, or a burris black diamond with the ballistic mildot in 6-24x50, or 8-32x50 would be a better choice.

Hard to beat what all the Leupold offers.
Leupold Mark 4 LR/T 8.5-25x50 Side Focus, Illuminated Mil Dot Reticle, Matte Finish, 30mm Long Range Tube, M1 Target Knobs, Fast Focus Eye Piece, Index Matched Lens System, Excellent Eye Relief and its all backed by the best and easiest warranty department in the business.
The Night Force has to be mounted with Super High rings because of the 56mm objective and you have to partially disassemble the scope to change the intensity of the reticle. |
