What kinda rifle is it? Are you seein any kinda deformation or scoring of the brass? What (amount of effort) does it take to clear it?

If you are reloading you need to check your chamber length and case length. To polish brass I first us walnut and PB rust remover. 2 to 3 hrs. in tumbler then Turtle wax rubbing compound for 1 to 2 hrs.Cleans brass better than any thing I have used in the 40 years I have been reloading .

Need more details. I've had round stick in the chamber, but usually due to match chamber and reloads (not small base die sized.)
It could be an ammo issue, it could be a rifle issue.
More information. And pictures.
