Howdy-- am looking at some of the lower end holographic sight options that are in the less than 100$ range--would probably be putting on sks's. I have used eotech and bushness. However, I really don't want to put a 2-4oo dollar sight on a 100$ sks.
anyone have opions on the less costly holographic type scopes out there, links to reviews of the same, etc?
What do you get with one of the 50-100$ items described as holographic sights and how would it work for plinking etc on an sks? Thanks, mauserdoc

I bought a Vortex Strike fire red dot. I have not used it much yet, but so far it seem like a good sight. It is $130 and comes with a mount and all.

Thanks--is that sight a holographic sight or a red dot sight? I was mostly referring to the ones that look like eotec or bushnell but are less costly.
