I have never used them, are individual eye focus binos easier to use? Do you set them once, or are you constantly refocusing 2 seperate focus knobs all day? I have looked at some of the scientific reviews and some of the porro prism with individual eye focus had pristine results.

I have both types and in higher power binoculars I prefer center focus for ease of use. With higher powered binoculars I am always changing focus when going form short range to long range viewing. The center focus is faster. The individual focus may give me a bit more tuning accuracy but I can't confirm until I try it out again.
