Got one for my .22 target pistol.  I've been trying out low priced red dot sights for a while now.
Pros:
Relatively low price… slightly more expensive than the NcStar dot sight I have, but the NcStar does not zero AT ALL.. have never been able to get a hit in anywhere near the same spot with the NcStar.
Nice dot visibility, bright in bright light conditions
adjustments are easy
nice 'built-in' rail mount
after only a few rounds seems to be accurate
comes with all adjustment tools required
CONS:
4MOA dot a little larger than I like
Uses a sensor to turn on/off… dims/turns off in low light to darkness, has a full sight cover that turns the sight off when not in use(has no on/off switch, only the sensor)… means it is useless to me in dark conditions.  Dot "comes on" in light… can be very bright in bright light, dims as light dims, goes out in complete darkness.  Not a "tactical" sight by any stretch… unless you only work in bright light.

Good for target shooting/practice in daylight.

Cannot comment on durability
