I have a pair of 10x42 Nikon Monarch ATB binos....love them except for the lense caps on the bottoms - they fall off way to easy and are prone to getting lost. Has anyone found good replacements?

You could put a butler creek flip up cover on each objective. I tried some on your binocular here in the warehouse. They are very tight, and wont come off as easy as those factory covers. Don't look all that bad either.   They take a size 33obj.

That is a really great idea. I had never thought of that before.  You don't by chance know what size flip-up cover would fit a Pentax DCF WP (8X42)?
What if the hokey pokey really is what it's all about?

Iucznik,

Pextax discontinued that binocular, and I believe they replaced it with the SP. We no longer have them in stock so of course I couldn't try some on for you. If you have a micrometer handy you could get the outside objective diameter. Butler creek provides the inside diameter of their flip ups. So I would just have to match your measurement up.

Butler Creek has a sizing chart that is sometimes reproduced in Cabelas catalouges.  It is a bunch of overlapping circles that you match the correct size to your objective.  You could probably get a chart from Butler Creek.

Or if you have our Volume 3 catalog with the giraffe's on the front you can turn to page 110-111. You will see the same sizing chart there.
