What do you guys use to clean your lenses after a serious hunt? I'm looking to purchase the best product for taking care of my new scope.

Get a Lens pen. Just about everyone puts their name on one but they are all pretty much the same. Blow out the big particles (not with an air compressor either) then use the brush to remove the rest of the dust. The Other end will remove smudges. I like Nikon's cloth the best of any I've tried and you can go to your local optical store and get lens cleaner that is safe for use on coated lenses.

Zeiss, Swaro, and others have lens cleaning kits that usually include solution, cloth, wipes, lens pen, etc. I have one that stays at camp but when in the field I'll carry one or two of the cleaning wipes in my pack just in case.

edited because I can't spell lens... :-)

What do you use to get rid of water spots? I'm assuming the lense pen doesn't take care of those.

I use Zeiss wipes for my scopes and glassess.  They are available in boxes of 50. They work fine.

I have been using canned air and zeiss cleaning solution with 100% cotton balls when my lenses are really dirty.  I also use a lens pen in the field.  I would just be careful to remove any dirt/dust and use light pressure.
