Has anyone had a chance to look through one yet? I see it supposedly has VX2 glass. 

Need to put a scope on the kids 243, and thought it might be a good option.

They are priced exactly the same as the, now discontinued, Redfield Revenge around here and I would assume the quality would be equal or better.

That said, I haven't looked through one yet, have thought about buying one for a .22 in the rimfire configuration, would be interested to hear about first hand experience as well.

I do think they're as ugly a scope as Leupold has ever made, and I wouldn't put one on anything but a utilitarian rimfire used for shooting pests for that reason alone. Vanity, sure....but I like what I like
