I don't think you will be disappointed. The SIIB/SIII series are high quality optics with excellent glass and adjustments.
We measure it with a micrometer, mark it with a crayon, and cut it with a chainsaw.

Had to share this with you guys. I was testing out my new rifle firing some at 1-200 yards. had 3 rounds left in the box,  decided to try 300. never shot that far.  Put a 9" paper plate(yes i know I am a redneck) on a cardboard box. I knew it dropped about 5-6 approximatley at that distance.  Used my uncles range finder to get it on right spot.  Just held the  crosshairs at the very top quadrant of the plate.  Fired off 3 hornady superformane 53grav vmax,,,, and welll

Sorry I took it with my phone.  I have no idea how I shot a group that good. But you can guarantee I am gonna  try it again soon and see how it does make sure its not a fluke.

Nice gun. If you are using it for predator hunting I would stay away from the thin reticles. They don't show up against animals in low light. Mil-dots in the SFP aren't a whole lot better.
The Meopta and Zeiss offerings come with very good reticles for low light. The Trijicon is supposed to be excellent also.

yea I am building a gong. annd hopeing to shoot out to 5-600 yards with alottttt of practice on my big gong.   So i kinda rethought it. Still will be primary varmint gun and doing some 500 yard plinking on the side. So def want big repeatble knobs. and good glass.  my first choice is stillt he S3 6-24x50. Really think its awesome scope just not gonna happen anytime soon though. Getting married in june. so moneys gotta tighten up. So in the mean time im stuck with my buckmaster. Guess im gonna find otu how repeatable it is though.
id really like to see a 3-12 or 4-16,  S3, trijicon, SS(hint hint) with bunch of adjustments about, mil/mil, sf, etc etc.
