Just for S & G, I just picked up a Walther PPS. Cute little bugger. With the $100 rebate, it is $369. Not half bad.

Which caliber? I had one in 40 S&W. Sold it. Just wasn't the best fit for me I guess.

The gun was accurate enough and never had a failure with it. Felt ok holding it. Just not shooting it but I haven't found many 40s that I have like the feel of. 9mm would be better in that size so let me know what you think after some time with it.

My wife uses one for carry. If I used pistols, I'd have one, too. I don't think there's anything better for a CCW. Local fun shop has a used one for $250. I had to remind myself I would never use it.
I saw PPQ M1s on sale for under four with the rebate recently. Had to remind myself on that one, too.
