I am about to send my CZ75 Compact to CGW for some mods and they will install this sight in it while they are at it.

I have a suspicion it will work quite well.

But yes, I am also intrigued.
Agree with all, but those issues are overcome by "perfect practice".  ("Practice", per se, does not make perfect... "perfect practice" makes perfect... what my Isshin-Ryu master used to tell me)

the biggest problem i see is unless you move all your guns to this sight, muscle memory is going to be an issue. You can perfect practice and relearn for this new site, but once you switch back to another pistol could be in the same boat with not focusing on the front sight now.

I like the idea of the sight, but i am really struggling going back and forth. I dry practice several times a week. And this is an issue

At the moment I have iron sight only guns and RDS equipped ones.  I have sorta figured out how to transition between the two, but at this stage, I am faster with the RDS.  This Bullseye sight is something else entirely, so we will see how it pans out.

I've got a couple of new Shield red dot sights heading my way, so overall, I am int he RDS camp, but we'll see how it goes.

As Jeff said high stress is the worry.  Even if you practice both ways, what happens if your eyes focus wrong to the sight you are using.  If could cost you your life, or the life of a family member.

I really do like the sights though and in good light I don't seem to have the focus issue, but in low light its bad for me.  Since most defense situations happen in low light, I will likely never use one of these sights on a CCW gun.  Just use them for range practice and carry when I am on my ATVs or hunting.

Well, with the RDS, that is resolved by co-witnessing, which is one of the reasons it has been a fairly easy transition.

With the Bullseye sight, time will tell if I can make it work well enough.

I am also really liking Shields on range and carry guns. I have yet to have one fail, and if it does, I have a front site and a rear site and am already indexing.

This new site, yea, I’ll probably get one, but it won’t be called upon - I hope - in a moment of need.

With Shield, I have RMS and two RMSc sights.  SMSc and RMSw are on their way to me.  No issues whatsoever with any of the RMS sights or with the SIS I have.

RMSw is probably going to go onto the gun I use the most.  I am really gong to test that "w" in its name.

SIS is probably going to go onto my AK and stay there for a bit.

I got to look at the P365 SAS over the weekend. I kinda like it. For what it's meant to be, I think it has potential to be a better mouse trap. I'd like to shoot it before I made up my mind, but for a concealed carry close in pistol meant for bad breath to antisocial distances it could be a good insurance policy.

Give us a report when you do. I'd like to know how it compares to iron sights out to 25yds, and how fast or easy it is to pick up the sights at bad breath distance.

What I think Dan meant to say was.  He's already got one on order and he'll update us as soon as he gets his hands on it...

I used one at the range... really didn't have any issues.  Very accurate... I shot about 1.5 inch group at 25, but only in all shot 20 rounds.  Yes, there is some "adjustment" to the sight, but I didn't find it difficult.  To me, it is instinctive.  But I've been told I'm odd a number of times...  (I kind of like being odd).

Dan, I've known and been friends with a lot of odd people. I even have "One Odd Dog", but none where that kind of odd. Sorry, I'm not your "Midnight Cowboy".

Bud, you surprise me. I thought you'd jump on that like cheap whore on a 20 dollar bill.
