The cortisone is really calming the shoulder down.  AC joints are fairly superficial, but when they hurt, the limit you.  Arthritis is starting, but structurally I'm sound in the shoulder.  Hopefully I can get back to lifting soon.  Need to get the muscle back in the upper body to compliment the riding I'm doing on the bike.  Down over 40lbs so far!

Yeah, I think I'm going to have to go back to the Doc for my shoulder and a MRI. Maybe see if they can take another look at my knee too.
If I knew I was gonna hurt this much when I reached retirement age, I would have taken better care of myself, or at least kept the throttle set at full all the time.

So Venezuela took over an entire GM plant?

First you get bailed out with my tax dollars when your crap company should have declared bankruptcy like every other failed corporation, and now you're upset that a dictatorship/socialist hell hole took over your property?

I really don't care. Build your sh*t here and that wouldn't happen.

Yeah, but it wasn't full throttle all the time. Had it been full throttle all the time, I would have burned out much sooner, and avoided the pains of old ageBandito

Mornin' Gents.  I'm working this weekend too.  Big arbitration starting Monday.  It's going to be an azzwhip.  Hope y'all are having a good week, and have something fun planned for the weekend to offset my misery.

Blunder Over Loonyville is this Saturday. Big air show and the largest fireworks show in the nation. They're calling for 100% chance of rain all day and a high of 40*. I wont be there.

We have the rain now. Supposed to end before Sunday. Static displays may be the order of the day at your air show.

No chance of a static display. The show all takes place over the Ohio river downtown. The military aircraft and some of the other aircraft are parked at the Ky. ANG ramp at Standiford Field. We (airport police) can't even get on their ramp or facilities without their permission.

Yeppers!  I decided to cut the grass yesterday even though it over overcast and looked nasty.  I finished up with and put things away.  Went inside and was taking a dump before cooking dinner and all of a sudden the skies opened and hell was released....  I couldn't have timed it better if I tried! Bucky

With all the rain coming, I can't decide if my weekend is going to be ruined, or saved.

There's a lot of people in Loonyville that want to Hung the weathermen. They predicted 100% chance of rain for Blunder Over Loonyville's air show, so not many people showed up for the show. Well the rain ended about 10:30AM and the skies cleared at 2:30PM when the air show started, but the crowd stayed home.
