I've actually designed and am in the beginning stage of development of miniaturized machine guns for humming birds.  They actually have the BEST dogfight maneuvers possible.  IF I can teach them how to control the firing mechanism, it will be AWESOME...
Only if they scaled-up... Imagine the possibilities!

Yeah that would smart!  My worst one was getting a huge hornet dead center on my sternum.  As he died he stung me with all he had!  I thought my chest was on fire!  It actually caused a hole almost 1/2" deep and about 1/16th dia.

when we were on one of our four fire dept calls we had yesterday i was giving one of the cops a hard time ( he is fire chief of a neighboring dept as  well) he hit a deer with his squad at 120mph, air bags went off scared the hell out of him and totaled the car. he said i wont drive that fast for anything ever again.

There must be an UNBELIEVABLE number of deer vs vehicle encounters.  Seems everyone you talk to anymore has recently had one or knows of someone who has.

and yet the dnr here says we have a shortage of deer, id rather see people shoot them and eat them than kill them with there cars and feed the wolves, eagles and other animals.

Sometimes I'll put a small slice of lemon rind in my morning espresso. This was earlier today at camp after a quick morning hunt.

The "zone" we hunt started just over 3 weeks ago (archery a month before that). It was in the mid-90's during the day this weekend. I had a Pacifio or two.  Bandito

its cool mike, i wouldnt say its cold.... course i do remember a couple of years ago it was -20 on opening morning. thats an exception not the rule, generally its  above 0, you just dress appropriately and its ok.

get some bibs from these guys and stay warm all day, i just bought another set of h3's on closeout for myself, my h1's were starting to get a little beat up. i wore them hunting for 7 seasons and ice fishing for that many as welll good stuff.
