I have a 20 year old Pentax 8x32 DCF WP that I have always been pleased with. So this year I purchased a Pentax ZD 10x50 WP for about $550.00. I cannot adjust the eye relief cups with or without glasses to get a full picture. I have to hold them about a 1/4 inch away from my eyes with cups extended for a full picture. SO they are not steady, therefore practically not useable, especially with he 10x50 weight.

I have had a few friends who have good binocs try them and they get a good sight picture. Anybody have experience like this? Do they make extensions for the eye cups or whatever the proper technical term is?
