Best camera is the one you have on you. Most cell phones these days take surprising great pictures.

It's the Indian that counts, not the bow. You can take good photos with anything. People were taking good photos with a pinhole camera -- a simple box with a hole in the end. It's all about using light to your advantage and framing the shot for a good composition. A "good" camera just gives you more creative versatility and usually better resolution, but it doesn't make a bad photographer or a bad shot suddenly good. Some of the most iconic photos in history were taken with cameras that are many times more primitive and less capable than even the worst cell phone camera.
