Other than the Leupold Gold Ring binos, which I understand are "assembled" in America, are there any other binoculars made or assembled in the USA?  Maybe something like the Zeiss Conquest scope situation, where the parts are imported, but final assembly is done here?

Found this on the internet, no idea as to how old it is:

I believe they are assembled in the Zeiss plant in Hungary.

I would be curious about theses as well.  Depending on what type of rangefinder they might be what I am looking for to go hunting with.  I sent off an email for information.  We will see what I get back.

I got an email back with some info.  Most are made and assembled in Japan with a few being done here but no firm details on which ones.
