Bushnell's web site doesn't show this new model at all, so no specs are available :(    SWFA lists is but confusingly the SKU appears essentially the same as the older Elite 1500  (http://swfa.com/Bushnell-Elite-1500-Rangefinders-C506.aspx).   Looks to be about a 2 ounce weight difference and the 1600 has a sleeker less boxy housing.

Chris, can you give us a breakdown of what's new and improved over the older model?  The older is available at sale/close out prices so making any decision between the old and new is hard without these details.

A bit disappointed that I didn't get an answer here.........   But another source has, indicating that the 1500 and 1600 are basically the same save for a new case design which includes heavier armoring.

So has anyone used the new 1600 ARC yet?  Not talking about the fusion but the rangefinder only.

Curious about in the field results.
