How much do you want to spend? For about 60 bucks you can get a set of warne rings and bases. I have a couple of sets of their rings and one of their bases and they are very strong.

Warne is good.

Talley are very strong, along with Conetrol.

I just recieved my 30mm rings and rail for my short action Model 70 last week and I couldn't be more pleased. They are expensive and probably overkill for the non-serious shooter, but I wouldn't do any different if I had to do it over again.
