Does nayone know what the difference between the two different Romeo 1 models is.  I see one is 1 MOA adjustment listed and also that one has the universal mount adapter. 

What is the 1 MOA adjustment specifically.

1 MOA is 1" per click and the universal mount has inserts to fit the dovetail on many pistols.
