Who makes the Sig magnified scope?  We know Holosun makes red dots for them (and PA).  A lot of import scopes are made on the same assembly line in the same plant.  I've read that the Sig scopes are made in the Philippines.

So who is making the Sig line up?  What other brands are made there?

Most likely Sig is just having one of the optic factories build the scopes direct for them. Very few scope companies actually make their own optics. They farm them out to companies that just build optics. They can make them as basic or specific as they are willing to pay for.

Right.  That's what I'm asking.  Sig/Vortex/Primary Arms/etc all on the same assembly line, more or less?

Just becUse they are made in the same plant doesn't mean they are the same scope. My understanding is they do have oem scope designs you can buy which is why we see some very similar. But they will also allow customization. Different factories have better or worse capabilities too.

Philippines seem to ne lower to mid range where japan seems to make the nicest ones.

Tango4 and Whiskey3 are made in the Phillipines.

Tango6 and Whiskey5 are made in the Japan.

Sig has specifically asked me to not disclose who the exact manufacturers are, so I won't.  I will say though that they are quality OEMs that do good work.

Some of Sig's scopes are the same OEM designs that other people use (except with Sig reticles and cosmetics) while others appear to be only used by Sig, at least for now.
