Respect is something you earn.
Equality is something you whine about not being given.

The Kimber Montana costs around $1100 retail and is 5 lbs 2oz (short action).

Kimber Mountain Ascent can sometimes be found for a shade under $1500, and it weighs 4 lbs 13 oz in short action.

Good for Savage.  They should make a model with a 16" threaded barrel.

My Fix with a 24" Proof barrel weighs around 6.5lbs, I think, but it takes detachable magazines and a fully adjustable folding stock.
